2 lbs fits in a Flat Rate envelope for $5.00 plus insurance.
When selecting your method of shipping, please remember that
normally,
MAIL is sometimes cheaper than UPS or FedEx shipping.
Please be sure to check ALL RATES.
Due to credit card processing fees, a
small order fee will apply for orders under $15.00.
Insurance claims must be made within 48 hours of
found damage. All packages are insured. Two options are
available:
To file a claim, we must have you must submit a picture of the
original damage shipping label and original packing. FedEx and the
postal service require the packages be returned them directly with
the entire contents. We must have full notification.
Upon claim being filed, we will return your money after we receive
it from FedEx or the postal service.
If you do not wish to file a claim, then the damaged portion must be
returned to us in full so we may inspect it to see what caused the
damage. This is standard policy with any corporation. We
DO NOT just go on the customer's opinion of damage.

and choose the Flat Rate Priority Envelope and
get your small order
fee refunded as a credit for your next order.

We normally have orders out
within 48 hours following the first full business day after ordering, however with the holidays sometimes it
may be a day or too longer. All our orders fresh so please
understand that we do NOT just take our beads from containers. (ie.
order after 4 on a Wednesday, next full day is Thursday.) Fed
ex is NOT open to ship on Saturday.
Tax for TX customers
will not appear until checkout is complete!

first serve basis. Beads are made fresh for
each and every customer. No stale beads sitting on
the counter.
